A full unboxing video is required as proof to be eligible for a return.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain items such as sale items, customized products, and used smoking accessories are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
